If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, but we offer exchanges within 60 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your product with any product at equal or lesser value.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- If your items come broken, or damaged, please send an email with a photo of the issue
- If your item is lost in the mail, we will be happy to replace that item
To initiate a exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Take a photo of the damaged item
- Email email@example.com with the issue
- We'll be sure to get back with you ASAP so we can initiate your exchange
- It usually takes 24-48 hours for us to get back to you via email.
- There will be no fees or charges to send replacement items back to you
- Customer will not need to pay for shipping of replacement item (s)
